Doing intermittent fasting for a month now..not sure if I’m losing weight but definitely feeling better..more energy, more alert, and the best thing is that it really isn’t that difficult. My first meal is around 1 and I stop eating at 8 pm. What I find difficult to adjust to is working out on an empty stomach ( I work out in the morning)…I may have to drink coffee instead of just having water in the morning…or perhaps even have an apple slice or two. Good video!
Congratulations, I’ve been doing it for about 3 or 4 months and lost 10 pounds. I drink coffee in the morning with a Stevia based artificial sweetener, and follow about the same schedule that you do. I’m not sure I would eat anything with calories or that converts to carbohydrates because your body would burn those calories instead of using fat. I only do yoga in the morning so there is really no big demand for energy. I suppose if I ran or lifted weights it would be more difficult. Thanks for the comment. Joe
