  1. Doing intermittent fasting for a month now..not sure if I’m losing weight but definitely feeling better..more energy, more alert, and the best thing is that it really isn’t that difficult. My first meal is around 1 and I stop eating at 8 pm. What I find difficult to adjust to is working out on an empty stomach ( I work out in the morning)…I may have to drink coffee instead of just having water in the morning…or perhaps even have an apple slice or two. Good video!

    • Congratulations, I’ve been doing it for about 3 or 4 months and lost 10 pounds. I drink coffee in the morning with a Stevia based artificial sweetener, and follow about the same schedule that you do. I’m not sure I would eat anything with calories or that converts to carbohydrates because your body would burn those calories instead of using fat. I only do yoga in the morning so there is really no big demand for energy. I suppose if I ran or lifted weights it would be more difficult. Thanks for the comment. Joe
